濟南感應(yīng)門安裝注意事項：

　　1.濟南感應(yīng)門的皮帶張緊輪模塊：皮帶掛在皮帶張緊輪上，該模塊配備了調(diào)理皮帶張力的組織

　　2.主動門傳動機箱導(dǎo)軌：用高強度、耐磨鋁材制成

　　3.感應(yīng)門裝置時吊件模塊：用于門體吊掛，本模塊上裝有導(dǎo)輪，可以在主動門機箱導(dǎo)軌上挪動

　　4.止位器：避免吊夾在導(dǎo)軌上挪動時，移出導(dǎo)軌

　　5.操控器模塊：接納傳感器或許其它信號開關(guān)的檢測信號，驅(qū)動馬達，操控門體裝置適宜的方法運動

　　6.電動機模塊：選用體積小、功率大的直流無碳刷馬達，合作傳動效率高、噪音小的高速齒輪箱體系減速，然后驅(qū)動皮帶

　　7.皮帶模塊：將電動機模塊的轉(zhuǎn)變變?yōu)橥鶑?fù)運動。選用特別資料工藝的齒形皮帶，彈性性小，不受溫度影響，傳遞效率高，所以不必因皮帶彈性做調(diào)整

　　Ji 'nan induction door installation steps tutorial:

　　一、軌道的固定：保證軌道水平、牢固、穩(wěn)定。

　　First, the fixed track: to ensure the level, firm and stable track.

　　二、玻璃吊架、滑輪安裝：

　　Ii. Installation of glass hanger and pulley:

　　1、玻璃吊夾兩側(cè)均勻安裝，并且保證螺絲擰緊。

　　Evenly install both sides of the glass lifting clip, and ensure that the screws are tightened.

　　2、掛上吊輪，裝好門扇皮帶、擰緊尾輪螺絲 繃緊皮帶。

　　3、將門扇掛入軌道，來回滑動檢測是否順暢。

　　三、動力裝置安裝：

　　1、固定好馬達、控制器、主尾輪皮帶。

　　2、將重疊門扇均勻分布，確定開啟位置將皮帶用配套卡口固定牢固。
