l.搬運(yùn)玻璃前應(yīng)先檢查玻璃是否有裂紋，特別要注意暗裂，確認(rèn)完好后方可搬運(yùn)。

2.搬運(yùn)玻璃必須戴手套或用布、紙墊住玻璃邊口部分與手及身體裸露部分分隔，如數(shù)量較大應(yīng)裝箱搬運(yùn)，玻璃片直立于箱內(nèi)，箱底和四周要用稻草或其他軟性物品墊穩(wěn)。兩人以上共同搬抬較大較重的玻璃時(shí)，要互相配合，呼應(yīng)一致。

2. When handling glass, it is necessary to wear gloves or use cloth or paper to cover the glass edges and separate them from the exposed parts of hands and body. If the quantity is large, it should be packed and transported. The glass pieces should be upright in the box, and the bottom and surrounding areas should be stabilized with straw or other soft objects. When two or more people work together to lift larger and heavier glass, they should cooperate with each other and respond consistently.

3.裁割玻璃，應(yīng)在指定場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行。邊角余料要集中堆放在容器或術(shù)箱內(nèi)，井及時(shí)處理。集中裝配大批玻璃場(chǎng)所，應(yīng)設(shè)置圍欄或標(biāo)志。

3. Cutting glass should be carried out in designated locations. The leftover materials at the edges and corners should be centrally stacked in containers or surgical boxes, and should be promptly disposed of. Fences or signs should be set up in places where a large amount of glass is assembled in a centralized manner.

4.濟(jì)南玻璃安裝時(shí)，禁止在無隔離防護(hù)措施的情況上下樓層同時(shí)操作，取出而未安裝上的玻璃應(yīng)放置平穩(wěn)。所用的小釘子、卡子和工具等放人工具袋內(nèi)，隨安隨裝。嚴(yán)禁將鐵釘放在口里、安裝玻璃的樓層下方，禁止人員來往和停留。

5.獨(dú)立懸空作業(yè)時(shí)必須掛好帶，不準(zhǔn)一手腋下挾住玻璃，一手扶梯攀登上下。使用梯子時(shí)，不論玻璃厚薄均不準(zhǔn)將梯子靠在玻璃面上操作。

6.安裝高處外開窗玻璃時(shí)，應(yīng)在牢固的腳手架上操作或掛好帶，嚴(yán)禁無防護(hù)措施而蹲在窗框上操作。

7.天窗及高層房屋安裝玻璃時(shí)，施工點(diǎn)的下面及附近嚴(yán)禁行人通過，以防玻璃及工具掉落傷人。

8.大屏幕玻璃安裝應(yīng)搭設(shè)吊架或挑架從上而下逐層安裝。

10.安裝屋頂采光玻璃，應(yīng)鋪設(shè)腳手板或采取其他防護(hù)措施。

11.安裝完后所剩下的殘余破碎玻璃應(yīng)及時(shí)清掃和集中堆放，并要盡快處理，以避免傷人。
